March 5, my friend Mary Billyou is curating a series of anti-war videos with Meredith Drum at the Scope Art Fair. The series, On the Contrary: Recent Artists' Videos Concerning War in the Middle East promises to be an incredible day of artist made video. Artists Paul Chan, Mary Patten, Harun Farocki, Coco Fusco, Walid Ra'ad, Dara Greenwald, and Martha Colburn will be showing what looks like an amazing bunch of work.
I'd love to see this show go on tour...hint...hint...
